Dark blue. The contrast against the eyeliner and your eyes would look great. I also would recommend a brown, just because it gives a natural look. And of course, black is the base of all eyeliners.

I have blue/green eyes and I find black drains my eyes! I would try and really dark blue/purple/green, so it looks almost black but not so harsh! Or if you do use black just use a pencil eyeliner and shadow so that it can be smudged! xxx

try just plain old black, or something with just glitter, dont use blue, when you are trying to make colored eyes pop ou want to use opposites so if your not afraid of color i would go with red or pink
liquid eyeliner??? the only good liquid eyeliner color is black, but remember liquid is only for your upper eyelid
try a purpleish brown. I dunno if they have that in liquid eyeliner but it looks great on people with blue eyes!!! If you can't find that then I would get a plain lightish brown. It makes your eyes really pop.
A coppery browny gold would look amazing....as it is on the opposite end of the colour spectrum to blue...your eyes will pop! Try it and you'll see what I mean.
i'd say brown. black can sometimes dull down blue eyes. but it depends what kind of blue your eyes are. but brown usually tends to make blue eyes look really blue.
i have blue eyes and almost black brown hair i use black eyeliner but when i wear dark clothes i put on some blue pencil then black on top

urm if you want contrast tho, id go 4 a pink, purple, green, or gold! but whatever u do stay away from blue!

Try putting it on the top of your eye lids (if you dont already do it) like a thin line all the way along :)
You could use a brown eyeliner for day or a black for night.
