Whats the best foundation colour to use for pale skin?

i dont weat makeup everyday, just for nights out, but i'm not sure whats the best colour for me? i have pale skin and brown hairWhats the best foundation colour to use for pale skin?
no-one here can tell u what colour foundation to wear.it's a case of trying them %26amp; see which one you like %26amp; which one suits your skin best. As one foundation that suits me might not suit your skin type or skin colour (as they all have different colours).

Make sure your foundation matches your skin tone exactly, otherwise you'll end up looking orangey/fake.To find the right colour, use the samples and put it on your jaw line on bare skin and blend it in. If (in natural light) the foundation blends into your skin, making it look natural and not noticeable, you have your match!

*****TIP: Always wear moisturizer about 5 minutes before applying foundation. It makes your foundation go on smoother %26amp; more evenly.A really good one that moisturizes well is Boots Traditional range Moisturizer with Vitmian A%26amp;E

***TIP: If you want to achieve a natural look, only apply foundation to those areas of the face that actually needs coverage; such as redness, uneven skin tone etc..This will avoid the cakey look %26amp; gives a really natural look!Whats the best foundation colour to use for pale skin?
It all depends the shade of pale you are..

For example I'm pale but a yellowy shade %26amp; have trouble finding a perfect match due to this %26amp; the fact I'm allergic to mineral foundations.

If you're a pinkier shade then you shouldn't have a big problem.

Revlon colorstay is a super foundation which comes in Dry/Normal %26amp; Combi/Oily formulas. It goes to super pale shades too :) About 拢12.

I use a Clarins one, Instant Smooth in 1.5 which is sheer %26amp; a strange yellowy colour too which suits me brilliantly :D Gives a lovely finish too. This is about 拢22 though.

One which is super for colour match is L'Oreal True Match :) Liquid or Powder foundation. However, I can't use this due to allergy. But it comes in pale shades with pink or yellowy bases. About 拢8.

Dream Matte Mousse is quite pale also and is about 拢6 but I found it too drying on my skin. Not sure on the liquid formula.

Hope this helps xx

EDIT: go to the counters and test them, if youre pink then go for Rose Ivory in True Match, theres other shades of ivory too :) Forgot what.
Go to a shop/department store where they have make-up stands like Mac, Clinique, Benefit and ask one of the makeup artists to find out your colour. Those brands will cost more but if you have the money it's worth it. The foundation will stay on all day, look better on your skin and will actually last longer since you wont need to use as much. After switching to a more expensive foundation ( $30 compared to $10) i realized it overall cost the same as a cheaper brand cause it lasted 3 times longer PLUS it looked better!

As for which brand? I love Benefits ';some kind-a gorgeous'; however it's only for medium to deep complextions. I would try Mac then since they have such a large range for all skin colours.

Hope this helps!! Goodluck :)
I have really pale skin to so i usually use one shade darker then my normal skin tone or 2 shades you just need to have a look around because different makes will have different shades

Hope this helps
