Which colour foundation?

i need a new foundation and im thinking of getting max factor minerals but how do i know what is the best colour for mrWhich colour foundation?
go into boots and get the tester. Put a little bit on the palm of your hand where your thumb joins- the little chubby bit- and blend then go out into the light and see if its ok. Try a couple of different shades around your skin tone...This is ther beat place to try it out cuz of all the creases and if it blends in then its the rite 1Which colour foundation?
it's best to go into the shop, try the tester on a patch on your chin that's clean of make-up and then go outside and look in natural light, that way you can see if it's too light or too dark. although some people say it is better to be a bit darker than skin tone than lighter.
test it on your skin first. put it on a patch of your face that has no makeup and rubn it in. go outside and see if it works for you (=
Put a patch of the tester on your jaw line and blend slightly..if it seems to have disappeared then that's the right colour for you :]
If you go in any boots shop they will test on your skin to determine what colour foundation.
