No no no!!! When they say your face is glowing its because your foundation gives you a fresh, clean, healthy look. That's what its meant to do.

try to get some foundation close to your complexion, so that others may not really see the difference...compare the color of your neck with your face when you put it on...if they don't match, then you got the wrong color of foundation...your face might be glowing because you might be getting greasy cause of the foundation and perhaps sweat..so try to get one that has no oil on it...2 people said my face is glowing , does this mean that i got the wrong colour foundation?
glowing is a good thing that is what evryone wants to achieve so well done you have found a good foundation! unless of course they say it rudely or sarcastically which means its too orange so it looks lyk ur luminous which is not a good thing! im sure they mean it in a good way tho! so well done!
no its a compliment. your really lucky, its what every woman wants. if you have glowing skin you probably dont need foundation, a little bit of powder is probably enough for you. bare minerals powder is the best but you probably dont need so much coverage. heres some tips on how to keep your skin gorgeous and glowing:

It depends on how it was said...if it was sarcastic it prob means u look a wee bit orange...but if it was nicely said then this is because you have achived using the right foundation for your skin tone.. or it also maybe the blusher ur using?? just go an have a little look in the ladies.. : ) x
lol i was told the same thing once, but i just had a baby so i still had that glow. or my estee lauder double wear was just outstanding and gave me that glow! :)
i think u should apply a loose powder after u apply foundation to prevent shiny face.
