Does Precipitate form when the colour of a liquid changes?

Like when we add a substance to a liquid and the colour changes to yellow. Does that form a precipitate?Does Precipitate form when the colour of a liquid changes?
Not always. A precipitate has formed if the color seems cloudy.Does Precipitate form when the colour of a liquid changes?
Some materials just change colour when a chemical reaction takes place. (Acid-base indicators are good examples.)

';Precipitate'; is the name given to the formation of insoluble materials. Some materials may be coloured even though the reacting solutions are colourless. You can tell when a precipitate forms when the reaction mixture is no longer transparent.
